Woodfair came to town!

Over 20 exhibitors, ranging from wood fuel specialists to fine furniture makers made the first ever Plymouth Wood Fair a great success. The Woodfair was located in central Plymouth (just in front of Dingles Departmenet Store) and featured an eye-catching 18 foot tipi.

Trade was brisk throughout the day helped by the adjacent Plymouth Farmers Market and the warm spring sunshine.

As always the Wood Fair provided some useful networking for the businesses and organisations who came along and generated lots of public interest in the Roadford Woodfair taking place on the 12th and 13th July 2008.

It is the first time we have run an event in Plymouth and would consider organising another if there is enough interest out there.
